The hard parts of being A solo e-business owner to make easier

I love working from home. It is the best decision that I ever made in my life career. But I do not love everything about it. What I want, I don't have to do? Paperwork / accounting / tax and all these things that are involved in all that Ugh. Ick. Sheet metal. This are things I put off as long as I can, and then I wish I had kept it up with better because I end up stuck with a huge amount of paperwork receipts to sort etc., and type on my computer. And I will not do an accountant, no, for me to rent it. A virtual assistant may be a good choice for me, and I have to, from and intended for this specific business task. But I could try something else instead.(I said could - I don't have meaning yet).

I was told recently about shoeboxed.com. Incredibly, I hadn't seen all articles already written about it in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, etc. I'm surprised it had to be specifically pointed to me.I am usually more aware of all the coolest services out there, irgendwie.Ich slipped past me signing up for the free trial version, probably the Lite version am but this one planning because I can't imagine I would need any the bigger plans. I'm pretty sure this sort of thing is the hard parts have make my own business much easier, but since I'm still in the mode "this stuff set off as long as possible", I'm not 100% sure.

All have used it before? thoughts? If you have or if you end up with the free trial before I do, I love to hear what you think about it. Oh, and since I forgot to actually mention, what the hell is this service, here is a list:

ShoeBoxed will let me in receipts and business cards with either pre-paid envelopes, e-Mail or phone to senden.Dann Shoeboxed scans, the data types and then organized you by category (15 common tax categories and I can also define my own custom categories). The data, you me back can with all kinds of programs how to integrate Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, EverNote, FreshBooks, Bill.com, etc..Shoeboxed meet IRS requirements for the electronic storage of receipts. All these things are exactly the things I do, it seems like it would be really useful hate.

So, let me know what you think.Try? liked it? planning on signing up for the free trial version of shoeboxed.com? I am looking for your feedback on this.
